PhysioTraq provides a comprehensive real-time body temperature monitoring solution for sports health professionals. Our service includes:

  • High-precision connected thermal sensors
  • Real-time monitoring interface
  • Automated overheating alerts
  • Treatment data history and export
  • Team management for organizations

3. Registration Requirements

To use PhysioTraq, you must be a qualified health or sports professional. By registering, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You hold the necessary professional qualifications
  • The information provided during registration is accurate
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PhysioTraq only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. It is prohibited to:

  • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to bypass system security measures
  • Share your login credentials with third parties
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
  • Collect data from other users without authorization

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to PhysioTraq requires a paid subscription. The payment terms are as follows:

  • Subscriptions are billed annually
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • Prices are displayed excluding taxes and may be modified with 30 days notice
  • No refunds are granted for partially used subscription periods

6. Medical Data

PhysioTraq processes health data that is considered sensitive. By using our service, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for obtaining consent from patients/athletes
  • The collected data is intended solely for professional medical use
  • You must comply with GDPR regulations and medical confidentiality standards

7. Limitation of Liability

PhysioTraq is a decision-support tool and does not replace professional medical judgment. We are not responsible for decisions made based on data provided by our system. The user remains solely responsible for medical decisions made.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to PhysioTraq, including software, design, trademarks, and content, are the exclusive property of PhysioTraq SAS. No license is granted beyond the right to use the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms. You may also cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard.
